I invite you to follow my blog exploring healthy eating habits and a balanced way of living. This year 2021 I started Food Technologies study in university. There is still a lot to be learned.

My aim is to make nutritional science- universally accessible knowledge.

I have many years of experience working as a chef, cooking and making recipes. I learned and tried to cook almost everything possible. By experimenting, I’ve tried to follow many diets myself. Sugar-free, Low-Calorie, High-Calorie, Eat-Everything diet, Pescetarian, Vegetarian, Flexitarian… You name it. In the end, I choose to stick to a Vegan diet. It is perfectly aligning with my way of life and thinking. Eating Vegan food provides me motivation to live a compassionate and mindful life.

I’ve finished nutritional courses to be in control of my diet. And can’t be happier about my choice than I am now. As a result, I know exactly what to eat, how to eat, when to eat. It is so exciting to share my knowledge and personal experience on interesting topics: healthy nutrition and a mindful lifestyle.
